Senior Accountant

An established Accounting and Audit firm in Nicosia are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities: Bookkeeping entries and maintaining proper records of clients’ books Reconciliations of various accounts and preparing the books for audit Submissions of tax returns Payroll preparation and submission of Social Insurance Declarations Ensure proper set-up of new clients Communication with clients Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff members, including coaching and development. Collaboration with Audit Team Requirements At least 3 years of previous experience in an Accounting Firm or similar position Bachelor in Accounting or at least LCCI Higher Certificate Knowledge of Cyprus VAT legislation Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent command of English and Greek language Any other language will be considered an advantage Organizational and communication skills Benefits Remuneration package: EUR 21,000 – 26,000 (depending on experience / qualifications) Year-end bonus Hybrid work offered Friday afternoons off New offices and pleasant working environment If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today.
