About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced PIM inRiver Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Product Information Management principles and extensive hands-on experience with inRiver PIM platform. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing product data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all channels.

This is a future opportunity role aimed at building our talent pipeline for upcoming business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and maintain the inRiver PIM platform to meet business requirements.
Design and implement data models, structures, and workflows within inRiver.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define PIM solutions.
Import, export, and manipulate product data within inRiver, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Develop and maintain product taxonomy, attributes, and relationships within inRiver.
Train and support users on inRiver functionality and best practices.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to PIM and inRiver platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5 years of experience working with inRiver PIM platform.
Strong understanding of Product Information Management concepts and methodologies.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing inRiver PIM platform.
Experience with data modeling, taxonomies, and attribute management within inRiver.
Must have experience with inRiver APIs and integrations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in inRiver PIM.
Experience integrating inRiver with other systems such as ERP, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
