To conduct a Data Quality Assessment/Improvement (DQA/I) exercise that reconstructs and verifies Botswana's national HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B programme data.

• English and Setswana

• Masters in Public health data Analysis or related field
• PhD in Health Data Analysis will be an added advantage

• At least 5 years in public health program data handling
• Experience working with HIV/STI/Hepatitis data, within partner funded programmes
• Demonstrated experience in and led the program assessments/Data quality exercise, (data collection tools design, data management, and analysist)
• Demonstrated experience in working with data to feed into the “WHO Triple Eliminations” validation for elimination processes
• Worked with DHIS 2 data entry and updating the related dashboards.
• Experience in engaging with government officials and multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent reviewing and technical analysis skills
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills
• Excellent in use of statistical analysis tools ( excel, SPSS, STATA, Epi-Info or related packages)
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills
