This job will be located in Las Vegas, NV. We are hiring for both shifts: M-F 6am-2:30p or 2:30 pm to 11 pm. Pay is $15.00-$18/hour DOE

The Line Lead is responsible for overseeing the production Line Process, ensuring that all steps are completed correctly and in a timely manner, while also ensuring that workers stay safe and follow proper procedures.

-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

-Ability to speak, write and understand effectively in English.

-MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

-Must be able to prioritize projects and recognize deficiencies in paperwork.

-Decision making abilities required.

-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

-Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands or fingers to handle or feel or reach. May be required to walk and stoop, kneel, or crouch, talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit or climb. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or may require lifting, pulling or pushing of up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
