Experienced Health and Social Care Trainer

We are looking for an experienced, in person Trainer to join our growing team either as an Associate or in a Permanent capacity, delivering high-quality  sector-specific, or clinical training across varying UK locations.

As a Trainer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and compliant training sessions to a range of clients including NHS and emergency services, large care providers, local authorities and private healthcare organisations. This is a demanding role ideal for someone who thrives in a face-to-face environment, is willing to travel to multiple organisations across the UK to raise the standard of care.

• →Deliver face-to-face, onsite training to multiple customers Health & Social Care settings.
• →Facilitate both mandatory and specialist courses
• →Adapt training to suit different learning styles and environments
• →Ensure all content is aligned with UK legislation and best practice
• →Support learners to develop competence and confidence in their roles
• →Travel across the UK to client sites

• Proven experience delivering training within Health & Social Care
• A qualified trainer with over 2 years in person training experience in Health and Social Care
• Relevant clinical or care background
• Recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g. AET/PTLLS or equivalent)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners
• Full UK driving licence, car ownership and willingness to travel
