Job Title: Data Research Consultant (Contract)

Location: Athens, Greece

We are currently in the discovery phase of a new project and are seeking a Data Research Consultant based in Athens, Greece, to support the development of a framework for identifying landowners. This role combines both digital research and field-based investigation, which may include engagement with governmental institutions, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for data and problem-solving, who can contribute meaningfully to the shaping of our research approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance on navigating land ownership processes and relevant local regulations.

Gather, analyze, and synthesize real estate, cadastral, and sector-specific data.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and organize critical contacts and information.

Assist in scaling and structuring data to inform strategic decisions.

Support broader research objectives with flexibility and initiative.
