This role focuses on delivering end-to-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) solutions across workplace projects. You will combine design, procurement, and client engagement expertise to ensure seamless delivery that meets both creative and commercial objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop detailed furniture schedules from drawings and design proposals
- Advise on FF&E solutions aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Participate in client meetings to ensure alignment on design and delivery
- Manage costing proposals and ensure commercial viability
- Collaborate with manufacturers and project teams to maintain quality and profitability
- Ensure compliance with specifications and oversee installation standards
- Contribute to improving processes and operational efficiency
What You Bring
- Background in design, business, procurement, or a related field
- Strong experience in furniture design, specification, and installation
- Understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes
- Commercial awareness with strong negotiation skills
- Experience managing proposals, budgets, and resourcing
- Familiarity with commercial furniture products and suppliers
- Proficiency in design tools and CAD software (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Bonus: Multilingual skills and experience in a furniture dealership environment
