This role focuses on delivering end-to-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) solutions across workplace projects. You will combine design, procurement, and client engagement expertise to ensure seamless delivery that meets both creative and commercial objectives.

What You’ll Do

Develop detailed furniture schedules from drawings and design proposals
Advise on FF&E solutions aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines
Participate in client meetings to ensure alignment on design and delivery
Manage costing proposals and ensure commercial viability
Collaborate with manufacturers and project teams to maintain quality and profitability
Ensure compliance with specifications and oversee installation standards
Contribute to improving processes and operational efficiency

What You Bring

Background in design, business, procurement, or a related field
Strong experience in furniture design, specification, and installation
Understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes
Commercial awareness with strong negotiation skills
Experience managing proposals, budgets, and resourcing
Familiarity with commercial furniture products and suppliers
Proficiency in design tools and CAD software (preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and time management abilities

Bonus: Multilingual skills and experience in a furniture dealership environment
