Immigration Attorney

• →Appear in immigration courts (e.g., master calendar hearings, bond hearings, removal/EOIR proceedings) or accompany clients to USCIS interviews.
• →Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters (as needed) and/or participate in immigration-related hearings.
• →Maintain full control of your schedule: you pick your appearances, when and where (within the city/region).
• →Prepare and review case documents, coordinate with the central team, update status post-appearance.
• →Ensure timely reporting of hearing outcomes back to the central team.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas).
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff.
• Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year of immigration-law experience (court/agency).
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings, USCIS interviews and immigration law updates.
