Requirements

Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License with a ‘P’ endorsement
For insurance purposes, Bus Drivers must be at least 23 years of age
Must have 2 years experience in over-the-road driving
Knowledgeable about DOT rules and regulations
Must be able to pass a medical health examination
Must have good driving record
Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

→Work and drive an over-the-road bus unit accordingly while following DOT rules and regulations
→Perform pre-trip evaluations on the scheduled bus unit prior to departure
→Plan punctual departures and arrivals from and to destinations
→Practice good customer service skills by being courteous, helpful and friendly to passengers
→Document all reports and maintain receipts and report all work related expenses
→Keep track of and maintain Log Book
→Record Trip Sheets for the Payroll Department
→Perform other driving duties related to this field as assigned by the Traffic Manager
