• Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills are required.
• Professional fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written) is required.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent editorial judgment and the ability to identify compelling stories and shape them for maximum audience impact.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with soldiers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for FIDF's mission and a deep appreciation for the experiences of Israel's soldiers.
• Collaborative, proactive, positive, professional and highly resourceful.
• Calm under pressure with exceptional follow-through.
• Emotionally intelligent: sensitive to the unique experiences of speakers while maintaining high standards of excellence.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Provide responsive, high-touch support to visiting delegations throughout their time in the United States, including outside of standard business hours as needed to ensure an exceptional soldier experience.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
