Team Lead of Web Development (Website & User Interfaces)

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design and evolve the architecture of our web applications (Next.js/React/PHP), ensuring high performance and scalability.

Team Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle: from hiring and onboarding to mentorship, goal setting (OKRs), and Performance Reviews.

Engineering Excellence: Manage technical debt, prioritize refactoring, and implement CI/CD best practices (GitLab). Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality.

Strategy & Processes: Participate in quarterly planning, estimate resources, and refine our "Way of Working" to ensure timely delivery of features.

Business Collaboration: Act as a technical expert for Product Owners and stakeholders, deconstructing complex business requirements into clear technical roadmaps

Agent Architecture Design — designing multi-agent systems: orchestration, tool use, memory, contexts LLM Integration Patterns — RAG, function calling, structured output, JSON schema validation, retry/fallback strategies 

MCP / Tool Protocol — designing and integrating MCP servers, tools for AI agents

Design System as Code — automation pipeline architecture: Figma → Tokens → Components → Code → QA, AI at every stage

Prompt System Design — system prompts, few-shot, chain-of-thought. Designing prompts as engineering artifacts

AI Reliability Engineering — validation, hallucination detection, graceful degradation, structured error handling for AI systems

Frontend AI Architecture — AI-powered frontend architecture: AI-assisted code generation, component-driven approach, CI/CD with AI checks
