Production Leader

Employment Type: Full-time

The Production Leader is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in line with the company's standards. This role focuses on manpower supervision, production planning, quality, safety, and continuous improvement to meet output, cost, and delivery targets.

• →Lead and supervise production operators to achieve daily and monthly production targets
• →Ensure production processes comply with quality, safety, and  manufacturing standards
• →Monitor production output, downtime, and efficiency; take corrective actions when required
• →Coordinate with QAQC, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve issues

  Implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen)

• →

  Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and materials

• →

  Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance

• →

  Maintain accurate production reports and documentation

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial) or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision

• Experience leading shop-floor teams in a structured manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety practices

• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions

• Hands-on leadership and people management

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Result-oriented and quality-driven mindset

• Able to work shifts when required
