We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

→Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
→Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using design tools.
→Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.

→Required Skills & Experience
→Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
→Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
→Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
→Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
→Experience with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
→Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
→Experience in financial services or fintech industry.
→Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
→Portfolio showcasing past UI/UX design projects.
