Remote BIM Specialist for California Projects (Advanced Level)

Uptalent.io is looking for a skilled Remote Job Captain (BIM Specialist) specializing in Architectural Design to lead the delivery of high-quality Revit models for our California-based projects.

• →Experience Level:
• → +5 years of architectural experience.
• → At least +2 years working on U.S.-based projects or directly with U.S. clients using Revit and BIM workflows.
• →Core Responsibilities:
• → Lead production of construction documentation (CDs) in Revit.
• → Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, civil) and ensure drawing consistency.
• → Review drawings for technical accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.
• → Manage markups and revisions during DD and CD phases.
• → Support the Project Architect in maintaining project schedules and deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of +5 years of professional experience in architectural design with a focus on BIM (Revit) methodologies.
• At least +2 years working on U.S.-based projects or directly with U.S. clients using Revit and BIM workflows.

• Proven knowledge of California building codes and regulations.

• Strong proficiency in Revit, including modeling, documentation, and BIM coordination.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Important: Full availability to work aligned with California business hours (From 12pm to 8pm Argentina time). 
• Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing U.S.-based projects.
• Professional, collaborative attitude with the ability to follow direction effectively, adapt to team workflows, and maintain positive communication throughout project execution.
