Call Center Representative

Earn $20/hr in a full-time, 100% remote W-2 role helping members get the care they need. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, book and confirm appointments, follow up when visits are missed, and keep scheduling systems accurate so members can take the next step in their care.

We’re hiring for 7 openings for U.S.-based bilingual Spanish/English representatives who like clear tasks, stable work, and follow-through.

• →Make outbound calls to book appointments
• →Take inbound calls from members
• →Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• 1+ year of call center, scheduling, or customer service experience
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Reliable, on-time work habits
• Comfort working remotely while staying focused on accurate, timely follow-through
