• →Develop and maintain strong relationships with data-center operators, system vendors, and transceiver manufacturers.
• →Gain a deep understanding of customer technology roadmaps to uncover new product-development opportunities.
• →Drive strategic account plans and launch innovative fiber-optic connectivity solutions.
• →Act as a consultative partner by presenting tailored technical and commercial proposals.
• →Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define clear product requirements.
• →Manage multiple technology and application development programs from kickoff to delivery.
• →Represent US Conec at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums.
• →Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to inform innovation and business strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred).
• Proven success in business development or strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of optical communications and the data-center ecosystem.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Solid project-management, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently (25% or more).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Hands-on experience with fiber-optic cabling, connectors, and related hardware.
• Familiarity with data-center infrastructure design and deployment.
• Understanding of network architectures, including optical switching and interconnect technologies.
