Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Cary, North Carolina. 

•  Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30AM to 4:30PM

In this role, the Patient Care Coordinator will:

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
• Provide pre and post op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
• Support and promote excellence in customer service

• →Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• →High School Diploma or GED 
• →Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• →Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
• →Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
