We have an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the ability to cover weekends and holidays as assigned/needed

In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor will:
- Supervise nursing and clinical staff involved in procedures, diagnostics, and patient care
- Ensure adherence to protocols ART Treatment and other procedures
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate care plans with physicians and embryologists
- Provide training, orientation, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical staff
- Foster a collaborative and compassionate environment for patients and staff
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in EMR systems
- Participate in audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Support patients through emotional and physical aspects of fertility treatment
- Address patient concerns and ensure timely communication
- Promote patient education and informed decision-making
- Collaborate with administrative and lab teams to streamline workflows
- Assist in budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of clinical supplies
- Contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations
- Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations and patient care
- Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads

Requirements
~1 min read- Prior RN clinical supervisory/management experience with demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required; 3-5 years preferred
- 1 year of Reproductive Health or Women’s Health experience strongly preferred
- BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required
- Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire
- BLS required or completed upon hire
- Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
