QuickSnap Manufacturing produces QuickSnap one-time flash cameras as well as waterproof one-time use cameras. These cameras are made for the worldwide retail market to the high-quality standards Fujifilm requires. Operations include molding, assembly, packaging, and shipping of QuickSnap cameras. QuickSnap operations also include recycling of spent cameras, in which 60% of the camera weight is reused to make new cameras.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Follows standard operating procedures for operating equipment and performing tasks.
- →Judges the quality of raw materials and/or finished product based on company standards and product specifications.
- →Communicates with suppliers on nonconforming products and request/follow up on root cause analysis and countermeasures under the supervision of QA Engineer or Manager.
- →Maintain repair/calibration of all test and measurement equipment per ISO quality requirements.
- →Provides support to QA engineer and Manager for customer complaints and/or existing/new product development.
- →Communicates evaluation results to appropriate production personnel in a timely manner.
- →Generates reports, maintains hard copy and/or electronic evaluation records and charts.
- →Performs all additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
- →Assist the factory to meet all OSHA, EHS, Federal and State regulations for waste disposal.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months working in a manufacturing process or equivalent experience
- Must meet the physical demands list below.
- This position usually requires working a 10-hour day shift.
- Required to be detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to pass required safety training such as lockout tagout, hazard communication, ISO, etc.
- Basic computer skills, such as e-mail, Word, and Excel
- Effectively works with others within the team to achieve team goals.
- Effectively communicates with co-workers and supervisor.
- Attention to detail through accuracy and completeness of information.
