Join British Swim School as a Swim Instructor! You’ll spend your days working with kids, teaching them important water safety skills, and helping them become confident swimmers.

And yes—we’re open year-round! This is NOT just a summer job.

🌊 What You'll Do

Teach swim lessons to kids and adults
Help students learn water safety and swimming skills
Encourage and support students as they improve
Keep classes safe, fun, and positive
Follow the British Swim School teaching program

You don't need experience—we'll train you!

🚗 Be able to get to one of our pool locations

🕐 Available Shifts

Weekdays: After school hours ~3:45 PM–8:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

Shifts are usually 4–5 hours, making this a great job to fit around school, sports, or another job.

💰 Pay

Starting pay: $15–$18/hour

Training: $15/hour
After training: $16–$17/hour
Additional increases based on experience and performance
