We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer (Targeted) to lead the creation of training resources and programs that empower frontline workers and strengthen outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families, communities, and workforce.

~1 min read- →a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander concepts of Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and associated health and wellbeing services
- →experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training, education, workforce development, or health promotion initiatives
- →strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- →excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including confidence using online communication platforms and digital technologies
- →the ability to build and maintain respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, organisations, and stakeholders
- →experience creating engaging learning resources, training materials, or educational content
- →the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- →relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Aboriginal and Torres Islander health, social sciences, education, social work, mental health, or a related field.
