As a RFP Manager you will own the front end of build planning and bid response for outside-plant (OSP) construction. This role converts KMZ/KML and other geospatial data into clear, constructible routes; develops quantity takeoffs; identifies risks; and produces compliant, on-time RFP responses. Success requires strong map literacy, rigorous bid/compliance discipline, and practical construction judgement.
