Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer (QE) to strengthen our plant-level quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products consistently meet customer and industry standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys collaborating across teams and making meaningful improvements on the shop floor.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or quality-related discipline)
• CQE or equivalent certification preferred
• ISO / API Q1 auditor or lead auditor certification preferred

• Primarily sedentary work with routine interaction on the shop floor
• Occasional travel (~10%) for customer support, benchmarking, and cross-functional projects
