Job Title: Manufacturing Test Technician (Independent Contractor)

*This engagement is for an independent contractor (1099) providing services to Vantage MedTech for an anticipated period of 6-12 months, with potential for extension based on business needs. Contractors are not employees of Vantage MedTech and are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.

Services:

Contractor shall provide Vantage with Manufacturing Testing Services.

Scope:

Perform basic testing on components and finished products according to specifications and test procedures.
Operate basic test equipment such as safety analyzers, hi-pot, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Accurately perform transactions in the ERP System to capture the required production data and report any non-conformities to higher-level technicians or engineers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality standards.
Adhere to documented processes to ensure compliance with FDA GMPs and Quality System Regulations, ISO Standards, and other requirements as defined by company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of electronic components, tools, and test equipment
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
