Education & TrainingLeadership Trainer

We're building a dedicated New Club Opening Training Team made up of some of our strongest leaders and subject matter experts. These team members will travel to new markets across the country, helping train, coach, and prepare new club teams before opening day.

If you're passionate about developing others, enjoy traveling, and want to play a direct role in VASA's growth, this is an opportunity to expand your impact beyond a single club.

The New Club Opening Training Team is made up of experts across every operational specialty, working together to build confident, high-performing teams before each club opens.

  • Child Care
  • Member Experience
  • Group Fitness
  • STUDIO
  • Personal Training
  • Club Leadership

Each role serves as the expert in its specialty, partnering with new club leaders to deliver hands-on training, coaching, and support throughout the pre-opening process. Together, this team works alongside the New Club Opening Operations Manager to ensure every club opens with well-trained teams, consistent execution, and a world-class member experience.

While each position owns a specific area of the business, success comes from working together as one team with a shared mission: helping every new club open with a team that's confident, connected, and ready to change lives.

As the NCO Club Leadership Field Manager, you'll help build the leaders who build our clubs.

You'll coach new General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Team Leads through one of the most exciting moments in their careers--opening a brand-new VASA club.

You'll partner with field leadership to train operational excellence, leadership fundamentals, recruiting, culture, and execution, ensuring every leadership team is prepared to confidently open their club and deliver an exceptional member experience from day one.

This is more than a travel role--it's an opportunity to accelerate your career while helping shape the future of our company.

As a member of the New Club Opening Training Team, you'll:

  • Help launch VASA into brand-new communities.
  • Travel throughout our expansion markets (up to 75% travel required).
  • Build relationships with leaders across Operations, Fitness, and Support Center.
  • Coach and develop future VASA leaders and team members.
  • Become the expert others rely on in your specialty.
  • Strengthen your leadership, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Gain experience leading through change, influencing without direct authority, and building culture from the ground up.
  • Leave a lasting impact on every club you help open.

The experiences you'll gain in this role are difficult to replicate within a single club and provide valuable exposure for future leadership opportunities across VASA.

  • Full-time field leadership position
  • Up to 75% travel supporting new club openings
  • Home base must be within Region 3 (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Iowa)
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to Region 3 if currently located elsewhere.
  • Relocation assistance is not available.
