Timings: 2 PM -11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant with strong expertise in job costing, financial analysis, reporting, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial decision-making by preparing accurate cost assessments, monitoring project profitability, ensuring financial data integrity, and providing actionable insights to management. This role also involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and assisting in financial control processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed job costing, monitor project budgets, track variances, and provide profitability analysis.

Prepare and present management reports, financial statements, forecasts, and performance dashboards.

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning, cost optimization, and business decisions.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records including reconciliations, general ledger oversight, and monthly closing.

Support financial controller functions such as cashflow monitoring, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data, validate costs, and ensure timely reporting.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Qualifications:

ACCA/CMA or equivalent 

3–7 years of relevant experience in management accounting, costing, or financial reporting.

Strong expertise in job costing, financial analysis, bookkeeping, and reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
