Implementing a Veeva application is only the beginning. As our customers' businesses evolve, their Veeva solutions need to evolve with them.

In this strategic, advisory-led role, you will act as a trusted partner to life sciences organizations, from emerging biotechs to top global pharma.

Focusing on either Veeva Clinical Operations or Veeva Regulatory, you will lead the continuous evolution of our customers' cloud platforms. Instead of just responding to tickets, you will design scalable system enhancements, proactively challenge requirements, and guide customers on adopting new unified platform capabilities. You’ll join our expanding hub of 60+ consultants in Poland and Hungary, supported by Veeva’s global network of 8,000+ professionals. Here you will collaborate directly with top-tier product managers, solution architects, and domain experts who provide the deep industry and technical backing you need to succeed and grow your career.

Engage directly with client stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities across Clinical and Regulatory domains.

Act as a strategic advisor translating client needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending best practices, identifying risks, and surfacing opportunities for clients system improvement.

Perform hands on configuration to deliver system enhancements and guide clients through evaluating, testing, and adopting new Veeva product releases and capabilities.

Lead clear client communication and partner with both customer stakeholders and internal Veeva Product and Services teams to align expectations, drive long term success, and share field insights.

4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions across implementation, configuration, administration, or consulting, combining strategic business advisory with hands-on technical configuration for external B2B clients.

Strong problem solving agility to analyze complex business needs, design practical technical solutions, and deliver results with fluent English communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Physical residence in Hungary with full legal authorization to work locally (employment visa sponsorship is not available).

Prior experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries.

Prior Veeva Vault or Life Sciences experience is not required. We invest heavily in your success by providing extensive product and industry training from day one. This is a remote, full-time role with Veeva, however you are welcomed to work from our wonderful office in Budapest.

Total compensation: 12,000,000 - 23,000,000 HUF

The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
