The Role

Due to the need for team development, we are looking for a Data Steward. They have certain experience in call center and data management and are keen to join the life science industry. The Data Stewards are members of the Veeva OpenData department and will work closely with the project team to collect and organize data information and provide solutions to customers.

Continuously collect, enter, organize, verify, and update customer information through multiple channels such as telephone and Internet.

Complete relevant data indicator tasks according to time, quantity and quality, produce relevant reports and statements on time and other tasks assigned from time to time.

Data processing, data analysis, data quality inspection, daily training, and other work contents

College degree or above

Proficient in using Office software and automation tools

Basic level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing

Responsible, team-minded, and able to withstand pressure.

Good at communication, strong logical thinking, and good language expression skills

Candidates with experience in call centers, the pharmaceutical industry, and software development are preferred

English CET level 6 or above is preferred
