Ostro is the leading conversational AI platform for the life sciences industry. We are hiring a product manager dedicated to the US medical affairs market. This person will shape our product vision and see ideas through to execution, delivering conversational AI experiences that make it faster and easier for HCPs to get medical information from life sciences companies.
Meet with customers and prospects to identify product capabilities required to support the medical affairs market
Create and prioritize a roadmap needed to meet these needs
Present this roadmap internally and externally
Design and build these capabilities working directly with UX, engineering, and QA
Continually improve the product’s suitability and adoptability for medical affairs
5+ years in enterprise product management in a regulated industry
Experience launching a new product, or launching an existing product to a new market
Mission-driven passion for solving problems that affect doctors and patients
Experience building software products specifically for medical affairs
Experience working on HCP-facing solutions

Base pay: $120,000 - $200,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
