Position Overview:

We’re looking for an eager and adaptable Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, inventory cost accounting, billing, and the month-end close process. This hands-on role is perfect for someone proactive and excited to take on new responsibilities, learn continuously, and grow their skills in a manufacturing accounting environment. You’ll help ensure accurate reconciliations, timely close support, and strong documentation while collaborating effectively across teams and contributing to audit readiness. This is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in accounting and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including

reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals

Maintain the general ledger accounts and assist with account

Assists with inventory accounting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.

Assist with AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting, as needed

Assist with audit support and documentation

Maintain accurate accounting records and compliance with policies.

Assist with ad-hoc projects, including data analysis, audit support, and systems implementations

Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field

1–4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)

Basic understanding of GAAP
