~1 min readAs a Gunite Laborer, you’ll be part of the crew that applies the structural concrete shell of in-ground pools. This role is physically demanding and outdoors—but offers great pay, a strong team environment, and opportunities for advancement for those who show initiative and reliability.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the gunite crew in setup, mixing, and cleanup
- →Assist nozzleman with spraying and shaping gunite
- →Use hand tools to shape and smooth concrete
- →Load and unload materials and equipment
- →Maintain a clean and safe job site
- →Follow instructions from foreman and adhere to safety protocols
- 2 years of prior construction or concrete experience preferred
- Physically strong and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Team player who can take direction and hustle
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in dusty environments
- Reliable transportation to and from office in Houston
