Systems Engineering & Configuration Manager

Our team includes engineers and analysts with subject matter expertise in domains that span software development, simulation technologies, experimentation support tools, and systems analysis methodologies. Additionally, we have applied expertise in emerging threat evaluation, analysis, and simulation. These capabilities have been successfully applied to not only Science and Technology (S&T) programs but also major weapon system acquisition programs and gap-filling warfighter solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to help drive our systems engineering-based business model and engage as we refine our designs/analyses on critical weapon systems. Our ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in understanding diagrams in C++ and/or Java, familiar with Jira/Confluence, and excellent with managing data and information.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• →Manage system requirements from allocation through verification.
• →Maintain requirements traceability.
• →Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and FRR preparation.
• →Establish and manage configuration control boards.
• →Maintain released technical baselines.
• →Control drawings, specifications, and ICDs.
• →Coordinate engineering change proposals.
• →Support risk and opportunity management.

Skills and Qualifications

• →BS in Engineering.
• →8+ years of systems engineering experience.
• →Experience with missile, hypersonic, aviation, or space programs.
• →Familiarity with MBSE tools.
• →Experience leading technical reviews.
• →Secret Clearance preferred.
