🌟About the Role:
This junior-mid level position sits at the intersection of customer support and middle‑office operations, acting as the primary point of contact for Spanish installer partners working with residential heat pumps. You’ll be the face of our client platform, ensuring partners receive smooth onboarding, clear guidance, and timely issue resolution. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with multiple teams to maintain operational excellence, improve tools and processes, and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end partner experience.
📋Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for Spanish installer partners, managing all incoming requests through a ticket-based workflow.
- Support onboarding, platform navigation, and process related questions for external partners.
- Perform first level CAE documentation checks and respond to basic CAE inquiries.
- Take ownership of operational actions, including approving platform flags, activating accounts, and managing user access.
- Coordinate with Energy Efficiency Front Office, and Back Office team members, CTS (Climate Tech Solutions), and Trade Operations to ensure timely case progression and issue resolution.
🔍What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Spanish speaker with strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and take ownership in a fast-paced, cross-team environment.
- Experience in customer support, operations, or middle office functions is an advantage.
- Comfortable managing ticket-based workflows and handling both routine and escalated partner requests.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to support platform improvements, testing, and knowledge base development.
