​​​Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field. 

• ​​​Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), with proven ability to maintain governance, accuracy, and compliance. 
• ​Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience with the ability to guide Analysts and influence cross-functional teams. 
• ​Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with capability to interact effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels. 
• ​Proven proficiency in ERP platforms (Oracle and/or SAP) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with reporting and dashboarding tools preferred. 
• ​Applicable knowledge of database maintenance, ERP interfaces, and data governance frameworks. 
• ​Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to deliver results under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. 
• ​Experience in process improvement or automation projects is an advantage.​​
