The Global Product Development Organization (GPDO) Plant Execution Project Manager is responsible for leading plant execution teams that interact directly with product development organizations, including New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) teams. The primary mission is to activate and order the bill of materials rapidly and accurately to deliver the following types of builds on time:
· Internal Engineering Prototypes
· Manufacturing Prototypes
· Customer Builds
· Serving as the primary liaison between product development teams and plant execution teams
· Driving rapid activation and ordering of bills of materials to meet aggressive build schedules
· Coordinating with NPDI and ETO teams to ensure seamless handoff from design to execution
· Managing build schedules, material availability, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
· Identifying and resolving material and process bottlenecks that threaten build timelines
· Tracking and reporting build status, risks, and escalations to leadership
· Driving accountability across cross-functional teams for build commitments
· Continuously improving the speed and accuracy of the bill of materials activation process
Requirements

· Strong understanding of bill of materials structure, activation, and procurement processes
· Experience working with New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes
· Experience with Agile sprints/scrum master preferred
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability for on-time delivery
· Strong communication skills to coordinate across product development, supply chain, procurement, and plant operations teams
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent builds with competing priorities and tight timelines
· Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve material and process bottlenecks quickly
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office required (including Excel and Project)
· Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems required
· Self-starter capable of taking high-level objectives and converting them into detailed execution plans
The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 33 739€ to 42 174€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities. In addition to the salary listed above, a detailed overview of additional compensation, including bonuses and benefits, will be provided during the initial interview.
