The Sr. Product (Offering) Manager for Liquid Cooling (Emerging Technologies) owns the strategy, roadmap, and global execution of cutting edge single phase liquid cooling and direct to chip (D2C) technologies shaping the future of high density data centers. You will act as both market authority and technical leader, partnering closely with executive leadership to translate customer demand into differentiated products delivered worldwide. The scope spans a full portfolio of rack and row CDUs, air to liquid solutions, secondary fluid networks, controls, and cold plate validation. This is a high impact leadership role for someone excited to build teams, influence industry direction, and bring emerging liquid cooling technologies to market at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and performance‑develop offering managers and product specialists in liquid cooling
  • Translate deep Voice of Customer insights into detailed, defensible, differentiated product requirements
  • Own global alignment of product direction, technical positioning, and messaging with senior leadership
  • Drive end‑to‑end development and execution of single‑phase D2C liquid cooling products
  • Coordinate launches with regional project managers and cross‑functional teams across NA, EMEA, APAC
  • Build detailed business cases covering investment, pricing strategy, cost, and margin impacts
  • Develop and deliver train‑the‑trainer materials and hands‑on enablement for global sales teams
  • Create launch collateral including presentations, demos, competitive positioning, and documentation
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex, strategic, or high‑value customer opportunities
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry bodies while analyzing sales and margin data

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • At least 7+ years product or offering management experience
  • Direct ownership of liquid cooling product portfolios
  • Proven experience with Direct‑to‑Chip (D2C) and/or immersion cooling
  • Hands‑on exposure to rack/row CDUs and secondary fluid networks
  • Demonstrated leadership in global product launches (NA, EMEA, APAC)
  • Strong understanding of NPDI, requirements definition, and execution
  • Experience translating Voice of the Customer into shipped products
  • Deep technical knowledge of data center thermal architectures
  • Ability to act as technical authority with customers and sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication of complex technical concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Electrical Engineering
  • MBA or advanced technical degree
  • At least 10+ years product or offering management experience
  • Background in thermal sciences, fluid dynamics, or heat transfer
  • Experience supporting high‑density (>30–100 kW/rack) deployments
  • Prior work with hyperscale or large colocation data center customers
  • Ownership of business cases, pricing, margins, and cost models
  • Experience managing offering managers or product specialists
  • Exposure to chip‑level roadmaps (CPU, GPU, accelerator platforms)
  • Participation in industry forums, standards bodies, or technical conferences
  • Experience in emerging or undefined markets requiring market creation
