Learn More

North Waterloo Veterinary Hospital has been part of the Elmira community for more than 30 years, and we're proud to care for generations of pets and the people who love them. Elmira offers the best of small-town living, with local cafés, farmers' markets, beautiful countryside, and a community where people still know their neighbours. Located just 20 minutes from Kitchener-Waterloo, it's easy to enjoy both a quieter pace of life and everything the city has to offer.

We're a small companion animal practice, which means everyone wears a few different hats and every team member has the opportunity to make a real difference. We enjoy a varied medical and surgical caseload, value good communication, and are committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care for every patient. We're also proud to be a Cat Friendly Practice, helping make veterinary visits as low-stress as possible for our feline patients.

If you're looking for a place where you can build lasting relationships with clients, continue growing your skills, and be part of a practice that's been trusted by the community for decades, we'd love to meet you.
