Help shape the future of apparel creation by combining product development expertise with digital innovation. Join our Apparel Product Development team and gain hands-on experience across seasonal development, 3D workflows, costing analysis and emerging AI-powered product creation tools.

Support the development of seasonal apparel products from concept to commercialization, contributing to both traditional product development activities and next-generation digital workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while building expertise in product execution, costing, 3D product creation and AI-enabled innovation.

How you'll make a difference

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Product Development Intern:

• Support the Product Development team throughout the seasonal development process, managing samples, product information and development milestones.
• Contribute to Tech Pack, BOM and product data management activities to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Participate in physical and virtual product reviews, assisting with sample evaluation and product validation activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Sourcing and Vendor teams to support product execution and delivery.
• Support the creation, organization and review of 3D product assets and digital product information.
• Assist with costing analysis, cost tracking and product construction reviews to identify opportunities for optimization while maintaining product integrity.
• Explore and leverage AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, data accuracy and product development workflows.

• A keen interest in apparel product development, digital product creation and innovation.
• The ability to work with data and analytical tools to support product and business decisions.
• An understanding of product construction, materials and manufacturing processes.
• The capability to learn and adapt quickly to emerging technologies, including 3D and AI-driven solutions.
• An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital product creation tools such as Browzwear, PLM systems, Adobe Suite, Power BI or similar platforms is a plus.
• You are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

In this role, you will gain a unique combination of apparel product development expertise and exposure to the digital tools transforming the industry. You will work with international teams and develop practical experience in product creation, costing, 3D workflows, data analysis and AI-supported decision-making.

At the end of the Internship period, you can expect to have a clear understanding of the below:

• The end-to-end apparel product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
• How digital product creation and 3D technologies support modern product development processes.
• The fundamentals of product costing, margin drivers and commercial decision-making.
• How AI and data-driven insights can improve product development efficiency, quality and speed.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Design, Merchandising, Sourcing and Product Development teams.
