Government Relations Coordinator

The Government Relations Coordinator provides critical administrative, coordination and operational support to the Government Relations function. This position is central to the Government Relations team, providing operational support across calendar management, travel coordination, policy monitoring, and documentation control in a dynamic environment. This is a fully remote position. 

The salary range for this role is USD $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

This is a newly created position within our team.

• →Provide day-to-day operational support primarily to the VP of Government Relations and broader Government Relations team, as needed. 
• →Manage calendars, scheduling, travel coordination and meeting logistics for meetings with policymakers, lobbyists and other relevant external parties.
• →Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up on outcomes from Government Relations related meetings. 
• →Act as a central coordination point between internal stakeholders and external partners (lobbyists, advisors, associations). 
• →Support onboarding and ongoing administration of lobbyists across jurisdictions including contracts, compliance documentation, and reporting schedules. 
• →Track meetings, touch points and engagement cadence with government stakeholders and advisors.
• →Support internal governance processes, including briefing packs for the executive committee.

• →Prior experience in an operational support role is highly regarded.
• →Previous experience managing calendars, scheduling and travel arrangements is required. 
• →Comfort working in fast-moving or regulated environments, and handling sensitive information.
• →Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• →Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills are a must.
