IT Service Delivery Manager

As a key leadership figure, you will provide global direction for our IT Service Delivery team, ensuring seamless operational execution and driving the transition toward a consistent, global service model. 

• →Leading end-user compute services across our global locations, ensuring top-tier connectivity, support, and hardware management.
• →Transitioning our regional IT experiences into a unified, high-performing global service model and centralised service catalogue.
• →Proposing and executing a transformation plan to align our team structures with our long-term strategy.
• →Managing multi-year device lifecycle budgeting and exploring strategic third-party partnerships for global hardware fulfilment.

• →At least 5+ years of experience managing large, remote, and culturally diverse IT teams in a global capacity.
• →A proven ability to lead teams through rapid organisational change with high resilience and strategic maturity.
• →A deep understanding of SaaS technology and modern IT infrastructure, ideally backed by an ITIL certification.
• →Experience moving beyond day-to-day ‘firefighting’ to implement proactive scaling, process optimisation, and data-driven dashboards.
