That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist for Hungary - someone who will help us deliver great customer support in Hungarian while also supporting junior-level local marketing execution and community management in the early phase of the market.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Hungarian across our main channels, including email, chat, and phone.

  • Handle day-to-day customer topics such as order questions, delivery issues, returns, complaints, and basic product inquiries.

  • Ensure communication is fast, clear, friendly, and solution-oriented, while helping improve response times and overall customer experience.

  • Escalate more complex cases to the right internal teams, such as logistics, warehouse, or finance, and make sure they are followed through to resolution.

  • Track recurring customer questions, issues, and feedback, and share useful insights with the team.

  • Support community management across social channels by monitoring comments and DMs, moderating basic interactions, routing requests, and replying where relevant based on brand guidelines.

  • Help with simple local marketing and operational tasks such as admin support, message routing, spreadsheets, status tracking, weekly notes, and coordination with the wider team.

  • Work closely with the Local Marketing Specialist and global teams to keep local execution consistent, smooth, and on time.

  • Someone with 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer care, operations, or a similar role. E-commerce experience is a big plus.

  • A native-level Hungarian speaker with strong written communication skills and good English for daily collaboration with Czech-based teams.

  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay clear and helpful even in more difficult situations, including phone support.

  • Someone comfortable with basic social media and community interactions, especially comments and DMs, and able to communicate in a tone that fits the brand.

  • A reliable and organized person who can manage multiple requests, prioritize well, and follow through.
