Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle web development (frontend, backend, or full-stack)
- Solid understanding of information system architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security best practices
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver production-ready results on schedule
- Strong communication habits: proactively asks clarifying questions, flags complexities or risks early, and proposes actionable solutions
- Active, daily use of AI development tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Qwen CLI, LLM-assisted debugging/refactoring) to improve code quality, testing coverage, and delivery speed
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback
- Proficiency in modern web technologies JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt.js, Node.js/Python/PHP, REST/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with version control (Git), agile workflows, and standard development lifecycle practices

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new websites and web services end-to-end
- Maintain, optimize, and scale existing web applications and APIs
- Analyze business and technical requirements, propose architectural approaches, and implement them efficiently
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, accessibility, and security standards
- Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, communicate trade-offs, and highlight implementation complexities to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, QA, and fellow developers in an agile environment
- Integrate AI-augmented workflows into daily tasks to streamline coding, documentation, testing, and debugging
- Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to the team’s technical growth

Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Pytest, etc.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience working with microservices, message brokers, or event-driven architectures
- Prior experience mentoring junior developers or maintaining technical documentation/knowledge bases
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration, or custom AI tooling for development

Technical Interview Process
Our technical interview is designed to mirror our real-world workflow, where AI-augmented development and strong architectural thinking go hand in hand. The session includes three practical stages:

• AI-Assisted System Creation: You’ll receive a concise product brief and build a functional web system or service from scratch. Active use of AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.) is expected and encouraged throughout the process.
• Architectural Discussion: After implementation, you’ll walk us through your technical decisions. We’ll discuss system architecture, data flow, scalability, security considerations, and how you structured the code for long-term maintainability.
• Iterative Modification Task: You’ll be given a new requirement or edge case to implement into the existing system. This evaluates your ability to refactor, extend, and adapt code safely while maintaining quality and leveraging AI efficiently.

Throughout the interview, we focus on your problem-solving approach, communication style, proactive risk identification, code quality, and how seamlessly you integrate AI into your daily development workflow. There are no trick questions—we care about how you think, collaborate, and deliver.
