Responsibilities :
-Pre-check all contracts for compliance with internal formatting standards and approval procedures before Director signature to prevent returns, signing delays, and payment disruptions.
-Maintain centralized registry of contract templates and signed contracts in accordance with company nomenclature; ensure proper archiving and deadline tracking (renewals, expirations).
-Administer and update Legal Department CRM to monitor KPIs, task deadlines, workload distribution, and quality control.Provide full administrative support in government authorities (Land Office, Revenue Department, etc.): document submission, collection, communication with officers, payment of official fees.
-Prepare basic legal documents (e.g., POA and supporting documents) ensuring correct filing and tracking.Support bilingual communication and document translation (Thai–English) under manager supervision.
-Provide structured administrative support to increase efficiency and free senior lawyers for strategic and complex legal matters.
Requirements:
-A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.1-2 years of experience in a legal environment (internships or entry-level legal roles) is a plus.
-Experience in administrative tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, and handling office correspondence.
-Knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office), the kowledge of CRM/ERP is a plus.Ability to communicate effectively with clients, officers, and other stakeholders.
-Have own car and driving license
-Living in Phuket
English Proficiency Level:
Proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate legal documents accurately between English and Thai
