Standard Part Development Engineer (Hai Phong/Hanoi)

Key Responsibilities: • Participate in the management, development, and standardization of standard components/parts such as bolts, nuts, plastic clips, etc., used across multiple projects. • Perform technical assessments for standard part development; • Evaluate technical solutions, manufacturability, feasibility, and risks during the development and trial phases. • Prepare and manage DCR and ECR, coordinating with relevant departments to handle engineering changes. • Coordinate and communicate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers during trial and SOP phases. • Participate in the establishment and continuous improvement of standard part management processes and related technical standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation, or related technical fields. • At least 2 years of experience in roles from other industries with a background in mechanical or mechatronics engineering. • Good command of English.
