Styling Designer

Concept Design Development: • Create original design concepts for products, ensuring they are visually compelling and market appropriate. • Develop mood boards, sketches, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively. • Refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and align with project goals. Trend Analysis & Research: • Stay updated on global design trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. • Conduct research to gather insights on customer preferences and translate findings into innovative designs. Collaborative Design: • Work closely with product developers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and on-brand. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions for styling challenges. Presentation & Communication: • Prepare high-quality visuals and presentations for internal reviews and external pitches. • Clearly articulate the rationale behind design choices and how they align with strategic objectives. Material & Color Selection: • Collaborate with the Color & Trim team to choose appropriate materials, textures, and finishes for products. • Ensure the design integrates seamlessly with the overall product concept and manufacturing processes. Prototyping & Iteration: • Oversee the creation of prototypes and mockups to test and refine designs. • Iterate designs based on usability, functionality, and aesthetic considerations Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial design, Transportation Design, Product Design, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in styling design, preferably in E-scooter • A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and market-relevant design work • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, Blender, VRED or equivalent) • Strong sketching and rendering skills to communicate ideas, with the effectively ability to merge traditional techniques with AI-generated outputs • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material properties • Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and presentation skills • Passionate about design and staying ahead of industry trends • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processe Benefits • Competitive salary • Collaborate with a diverse team of talented individuals from worldwide • Work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions
