It’s an exciting time to join the People Team as we scale our European operations. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll support leaders across our Austrian teams, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner.
You’ll translate business goals into people plans that drive real outcomes, from team design and performance, to engagement, development, and culture. You’ll be hands-on, close to the business, and comfortable navigating change in a fast-moving, international environment.
You’ll bring your expertise, ideas, and energy, and we’ll give you the space and support to make a meaningful impact from day one.

- Deliver strategic, proactive people support across Austrian business areas
- Support talent, culture, and performance initiatives that drive engagement and growth
- Ensure people practices align with Austrian labour law and EU regulations
