About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you ensure every part of the hiring journey runs smoothly.

You’ll own interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer issuance (including contracts), and onboarding management — creating a seamless, organised, and values-led experience from first interview through to the new hire's start date.

This role is central to protecting candidate experience and enabling our TA Partners to focus on sourcing and hiring strategy. You’ll bring structure, precision, and warmth to every interaction.

You’ll work across markets, supporting both operational and senior hiring activity.

Build relationships with TA Partners, Resourcing Partners, hiring managers, and People Operations.
Become confident using Pinpoint and HiBob to manage interview and offer workflows.
Understand our onboarding process and handover points.

Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones with precision.
Ensure candidates receive timely, clear, and supportive communication.
Maintain accurate ATS stage progression and feedback tracking.
Support smooth offer-to-onboarding transitions.

Driving Excellence…

Champion a warm, human candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Ensure structured interview packs and feedback forms are prepared and returned on time.
Identify scheduling bottlenecks and improve coordination efficiency.
Maintain high data accuracy across recruitment systems.
Support continuous improvement in candidate experience and process flow.
