The HR Director will build the organizations people strategy, managing talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement from inception.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Establish HR policies, frameworks, and compliance.
- →Drive workforce planning and organizational design.
- →Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- →Build training, L&D, and career progression systems.
- →Embed culture and values aligned with Vision 2030.
Requirements
~1 min read- 15+ years in HR leadership.
- Proven success in setting up HR for new ventures.
- CIPD/SHRM certification preferred.
The opportunity to design and lead the people agenda for a transformative automotive business.
