We bring Workforce AI to life for HR departments through our award-winning, agentic AI technology by surfacing the insights leaders need to plan, decide, and act with confidence in the moments that matter most. As the market leader in people analytics, workforce planning, organizational design, and manager effectiveness solutions, we fuel smarter decision-making for organizations across the globe. Our mission is to help businesses lead with insight at scale as they continuously transform.

Founded in 2010 by the pioneers of business intelligence, we have over 85,000 customers in 75 countries—including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Domino’s Pizza, Experian, Amgen, eBay, and Ford Motor Company.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions and Success to ensure Visier Workforce Planning aligns with market demand and customer demand.
  • Lead the Advisory Function: Manage, mentor, and scale a team of  Workforce Planning Advisory Consultants who deliver end-to-end strategic programs for enterprise customers.
  • Set the Standard: Establish and continuously optimize the consulting methodology, standards, and best practices for customer engagements (including process mapping, workshops, and change management).
  • Operational Governance: Oversee cross-organizational collaboration (Project Managers, Data/BI Consultants, Development, and Support) to ensure successful implementations leading to customer success and retention.
  • Executive Advocacy: Serve as the executive face of critical customer engagements, setting expectations, aligning stakeholders, and building lasting relationships with C-suite and HR/Finance executives.
  • Champion the Customer Voice: Channel field insights, customer feedback, and domain knowledge back into the Product and Development teams to continuously enrich Visier’s technology.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience leading Workforce Planning, management consulting, or enterprise software delivery within the HR tech, Finance, or Workforce Planning domains.
  • Leadership Background: Proven track record of managing and scaling a software and/or services business catering to large enterprises (5,000+ employees).
  • Domain Expertise: A strong point of view on modern Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) practices, financial/workforce model behavior, and talent analytics.
  • Future Looking: Deep understanding of workforce transformation initiatives, specifically around how AI, automation, skills-gap analysis, and job redesign impact organizational design.
  • Change Management : Strong ability to guide enterprise clients through the changes required to move from static planning to a distributed, continuous planning environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and technical concepts beautifully to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support global initiatives and key customer accounts (primarily Europe and North America).
