Job Overview:

Swee Lee is looking for a talented and analytical Finance Manager to join our team in Metro Manila, Philippines! If you have a proven track record in financial analysis, strong leadership capabilities, and more than 5 years of professional experience, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career. 


As our Finance Manager, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations and take ownership of the company's financial reporting infrastructure. Beyond standard operations, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable business modeling and insights. 


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and transactional workflows.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Conduct high-level data analysis, market research, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Provide analytical support for corporate projects, validate business plans, and efficiently address ad-hoc financial requests.
  • Supervise and optimize the company's accounting, monitoring, and financial reporting infrastructure.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal accounting policies, local tax laws, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize large volumes of complex data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical skills, and executive decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools like SQL and Access, alongside advanced mastery of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
